MSI is all set to introduce a new top of the line gaming laptop, the GT70 Dragon Edition 2 which will be equipped with Intel Haswell processor and Nvidia GeForce GTX 780M. The company introduced GT60 and GT70 last year in month of July which sported a high end Intel Core i7 3610QM processor which is just a hair slower than the top end i7 3920XM in real world performance. The new MSI notebook does away with plastic and features a aluminum alloy body with satin finish.
The keyboard on the MSI GT70 Dragon Edition 2 is made by Steelseries which has made its name in the field of input devices. Even though gaming laptops are famous for being thick and heavy, consider the GT70 a exception with thickness less than 22 mm and weight of just 2.9 kilograms. Specs include quad core haswell processor, Nvidia 780M GPU, 2x SSD configured in RAID 0, VGA, mini display port, HDMI, slew of USB 3.0 ports, audio jack and SD card reader.
