Core i3 3217U benchmark
The IntelCore i3 3217U is a dual core processor based on Ivy Bridge architecture. Thanks to hyperthreading, it can handle upto 4 threads simultaneously. The CPU runs at 1.8GHz clock speed and does not overclocks itself like i5 and i7 CPUs since there is no turbo boost. There is 3MB L3 cache and has 17 watt TDP, which makes it ideal for use in Ultrabooks and Windows 8 tablets.
