Intel Celeron G460
Intel has announced a new processor for its Celeron range – G460 which will replace the Celeron G440. This is faster than the 1.7GHz clock speed and is thus 100MHz faster than its predecessor. The company has also added dual threading support.

That said, the Intel G460 is still single core. Other minor difference is size of cache – 1.5MB and 1MB in G460 and G440 respectively. Like other newer Celerons, it features Intel HD graphics as well (clocked at 650MHz with dynamic capability to over clock itself to 1GHz).
TDP is 35 watts which is pretty low for a desktop processor. Oh, and it will sell for just 37 dollars. It will be launched in later part of Q4 2011 or early 2012.
